This is a high rise complex, with oceanfront towers (1, 2, & 3), a tower (4) located across the street from the beach, and stand alone cottages (Wyndham at the Cottages) located along the city side of the property. The resort is convenient to Ripley's Aquarium and the Myrtle Waves Water Park.

*Tower 4 is located across the street from the beach. Tower 4 features 2br deluxe and 3br deluxe condos.
*Towers 1, 2, and 3 are located directly on the beach. Specific view types can be reserved in this phase of the resort. *The Cottages are stand alone condos located along Laurel Lane, 4th Avenue South, and 5th Avenue South. These homes are built using pier construction so stairs are required for these units. 3br and 4br condos are available in this phase which is located on the city side of the property. It's a fairly easy walk, but the resort does offer complimentary shuttle service from the cottages to the beachside towers.
