Williams was arrested on Tuesday and charged with grand theft, computer fraud, swindling through communications and obtaining property by impersonating, all felonies. Three are third-degree felonies punishable by up to five years in prison. The computer crime is a second-degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison. The sheriff's office is continuing its investigation and is endeavoring to recover funds that can be returned to victims.
