They cold - called me as well asking about a timeshare. Then mocked me when I didn't want to sell.

I got a call and Jim Gibson was VERY persistent about getting my credit card number immediately. He made sure I could hear him to talk to his "secretary" about how he needs to prioritize my sale and get me the contracts ASAP. When I told him I didn't want to rush into this and I wanted to do some research on his company he told me I wasted his time and if any of his associates call "don't waste their time either". RUDE! If they were legit he would have waited for me to look up the information.

I was called on 12/07/11 and told by Carmen De Socia from Meridian Media Group LLC also known as Gonzone LLC, that they had a buyer for my Timeshare in Cancun. Carmen said that "the people were leaving Friday and needed permission from me to sell the Timeshare to them for 17,800." Carmen also said that they needed 998.00 to split the cost of settlement with his Co.Carmen also went into this long speal about giving 2 weeks to them for no out of pocket expenses for them. Told me settlement would be the 17th of Dec. 2011 he told me to call him then. I did and it is now 2/3/12 and have not gone to or ever will be going to settlement. So now I am out 1000.00 and should have known better than to do it but he is a good scam artist. Along with his so called boss Joe who assured me that settlement was going to happen. Joe said there was a problem with the title Co. Haven't heard from him since. Talked to Carmen today that said he showed the document I signed to the Visa and Pinellas DOJ office who was investigating my claim and they laughed. Good old Carmen also said that he sent my threat txt. to them for investigation. Ha Ha.No one should even answer the phone if these scammers call you. They fraudulently obtained my money and are still doing it.

I was scammed also by Carmen Desocio and Joe Carbono, was told my timeshare had been sold and they would split the closing costs with me (I paid $500.00) and kept getting put off then finally nothing at all. No one answers the phones - I have filed a complaint with my credit card company, the State's Attorney's office and the Better Business Bureau. Would really love to meet these two lowlifes. I think people like them are about the lowest form of life there is, can't earn a living honestly so they just cheat others out of their hard earned money.
